Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe

Today I thought I would share this yummy green smoothie recipe. It tastes so good, is really healthy and full of the good stuff! It’s really quick to make and blends well in a Nutribullet.


One banana

A handful of spinach

Half an apple

Two broccoli florets

5-7 mint leaves

10 parsley leaves

2 inch slice of ginger (chopped to prevent any strings)

1 tsp of Naturya blends organic greens (or instead wheatgrass or spirulina powder)

Almond milk (start off by adding a cup, then add more for the desired consistency)

Add everything to the blender and blend until it’s a smooth, creamy consistency, adding more milk as you go.
